Herbal Medicine Awareness Week May 23rd - 30th
As part of Herbal Medicine Awareness Week, Jenny Jones has worked with a number of Medical Herbalists to organise a selection of talks on this years theme of Herbal First Aid. The events take place around the country, for further details see the Diary & Events page.

The Herbalist - First Aid With Herbal Medicine

Jenny & Debs On Countryfile
The Dandelion recently featured on BBC1's Countryfile, Jenny and Debs both took part in making the dandelion part of the programme. Jenny demonstrated the medicinal properties and Debs cooked up a dandelion soup and a dandelion salad, and showed presenter Ben Fogle the other culinary delights of this wonderful herb.
Photos from the fiming and both Debs recipes can be found on Jenny's April 'The Herbalist' page as well as a lovely recipe for Nettle soup.

Dyeing Eggs Using Herbs
We have a special article for Easter written by Debs Cook which gets the 'Herb Crafts' section up and running.
The first article is all about dyeing eggs using herbs. A project that is suitable to do with young children over the Easter holidays.
