The conference theme this year is

'Stress & Relaxation'

10.00 am	Coffee/herbal teas, and herby biscuits.
10.30 am	AGM - Open to Members only.
11:15 am	Coffee Break.
11.30 pm	Anne McIntyre FNIMH will give a talk on stress and its treatment and using herbs for relaxation.
12.15 pm	Tina Stapley - Demonstrates how to make relaxing balms and lotions.
1 pm	Lunch and time to look around the Herb Society gardens.
2.30 pm	Mike Cullen - A chance to see one of Mike's most entertaining and mouth watering cookery demonstrations full of his herbal wisdom and anecdotes.
4 pm	Coffee/Tea/Herb Tea and Herbal delights.

Attending the AGM is free to all members, if you would like to attend the conference that takes place after the AGM, you must register in advance to attend. Non-members are welcome to attend the conference but they cannot attend the AGM.

Price - Council are pleased to announce that there has been no increase in price for attending the conference in 2008. Members will pay the same price as last year, price includes refreshments upon arrival, mid morning refreshments, a wonderful lunch and refreshments at the end of the day. Plus this year all members attending the conference will receive a 'herbal goodie bag'.

We can now take payments via PayPal, as well as by cheque, and credit card (over the phone).

Cheque - Print off the booking form and send your cheque and booking form to Flick at the above address.
